The returned product has to be in new condition, clean, in the original product packaging and all product tags still attached.
Certain product categories such as grooming products and food items are ineligible for return.
Discounted items marked as "Final Sale" can be returned only at the customer's expense.
How Do I Return?
Please start the return process in your Order Tracking page by clicking "Return Products". We'll be notified about your return and you will get further return instructions.
We will issue the refund within one week from receiving the return. The refund will be issued to the same payment method and currency that was used in the order. We will notify you by email as soon as the refund is handled.
Defective or Wrong Products
If the product is defective or if we sent you the wrong product, please contact us instead of starting the return process. We will make things right and will cover all shippings in these cases.
